Mighty No. 9, the Mega Man spiritual successor from original creator Keiji Inafune, is coming together. Developer Comcept has released the game's first gameply footage. Previously, Comcept released this footage, but it was very early footage, and was missing most of the game's art assets.
If you're familiar with Mega Man at all, this footage will look familiar – which is not a complaint. This is exactly what Kickstarter backers offered their dollars for.
Along with the gameplay video below, Comcept has also unveiled designs for two of the game's bosses. Mighty No. 2 and Mighty No. 5, which you can see above. The latter even makes a brief appearance in the gameplay footage.

Mighty No. 9 is planned for release spring 2015 for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox 360 and One, Wii U, Vita, and 3DS.
